Month 1: No use of Sleep Hypnos (control period)
Month 2: Nightly use of Sleep Hypnos sleeve

Tracked sleep using WHOOP, a wearable health tracker
WHOOP has been shown to be over 85% accurate in measuring sleep stages compared to polysomnography, the gold standard in sleep research
